I keep hearing about hyper-inflation being created from making new money. Whelp, the Federal Reserve added something like 3 trillion to the economy during the bailouts and crisis, where is the corresponding inflation? It isn't happening, because those who use it to fear monger people into stupidity do not know what they are talking about.

Most of that money is sitting in banks not being spent.
Anyway, anyone that predicts a hyper-inflationary spiral is more concerned about the drop in in value of the US dollar and a world wide sell-off. Who needs dollars when you can buy everything you need with the yuan?
The higher gold goes against the US dollar, the more likely this is.
