I don't know what was going through Daegu city's collective mind when they decided to fashion these curbside soccer ball garbage cans, but they captured my opinion of soccer perfectly, albeit in plastic and aluminum and trash.

Yes, I know, but there must have been a better way to celebrate World Cup Soccer then making soccer ball shaped garbage cans.
